Physical Examinations

Our office offers physical examinations, commonly referred to as wellness checks, checkups, or routine physicals. These exams focus on evaluating your overall health — such as checking your pulse rate, blood pressure, vision, hearing and weight. Most healthcare providers recommend doing this exam yearly as preventative care to ensure you're in good health.

For individuals who participate in sports or work in specific roles, such as commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers, a more comprehensive physical may be required, which we are happy to provide. We also offer the Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examination.

A Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation (PPE) is a health exam that determines if a potential athlete is able to participate in a sport based on their fitness level, and it is a screening for injuries, illness and other risk factors that might affect that person.
